The challenge
Factories moving crates and items through salesmen to customers had no real-time stock visibility. Paper slips and phone calls caused stock mismatches and delayed reconciliations. Store incharges could not answer “how many empties are with route X?” without opening three notebooks.

How teams use it

Results
Plants that ran the app for a full billing cycle stopped arguing crate counts on WhatsApp. Store staff closed the day from the dashboard instead of a night-time Excel rebuild.
What we learned
Barcode discipline matters more than a fancy dashboard. If dispatch skips a scan, the salesman stock will lie. We added a “pending slip” list so a route cannot close until every crate is either issued or marked damaged. Thermal printers on the packing table beat WhatsApp photos of handwritten notes.
