When pure cloud is fine
Sales teams always on 4G, head-office only reporting, or pure marketing sites benefit from SaaS. Gate, pack-line, and pay day usually do not.

- Show a clear “saved / not saved” status — never silent failure
- Auto-backup on a schedule staff can verify
- Print / PDF without third-party online viewers
- Train in Hindi/English labels the floor already uses
