KC Car Wash Washer Privacy Policy

KC Car Wash Washer is a mobile app for car-wash centre staff developed by KC Softwares. Washers use it to book washes, mark car in/out, manage vehicles, view their own reports, share receipt PDFs, and receive booking alerts. This policy explains what information the App processes.
Important: The App connects to a centre web server that you or your organisation operates (for example a hosted KC Car Wash site). Wash bookings, vehicle records, payments recorded in the app, and washer accounts are stored on that centre server — not on KC Softwares marketing websites — unless we also host that centre for you. KC Softwares is based in Nalagarh, Himachal Pradesh, India, and is not the former French publisher of SUMo. For Google Play listing purposes this page is the public privacy URL for package com.kc.carwash.
1. Information we collect
- Account information: washer login ID, name, and password (verified/hashed on the centre server)
- Work data: bookings, vehicle plate/details, wash types, car in/out times, payment method (Cash / UPI / Card), and washer-scoped reports
- Server settings: centre website URL and session token stored locally on the device
- FCM device token: for push notifications about new bookings, registered with your centre server
- Files you share: PDF slips/receipts generated for WhatsApp share stay under your control when you share them
2. How we use information
- Authenticate washers with the centre server
- Create and update wash jobs and vehicle masters
- Show washer-scoped reports
- Send push notifications for new bookings when enabled by the centre
- Generate booking/receipt PDFs for optional WhatsApp sharing
3. Third-party services
Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) delivers push notifications. Google may process device identifiers per Google's Privacy Policy. The App does not include advertising SDKs.
4. Data sharing
We do not sell personal data. Work data is shared only with your centre server and authorised staff there. Push tokens are processed by Google FCM to deliver alerts. PDF files you choose to share via WhatsApp are shared under WhatsApp’s terms.
5. Security
Use HTTPS centre URLs in production. Login tokens and FCM tokens are stored in app private storage on the device. Centre administrators control accounts and can disable washer logins.
6. Your rights
Contact your centre administrator to update or delete your washer account and related work records. Clear local app data via Android Settings or uninstall the App. You may also email rahul@digitechhp.com for product-level requests.
7. Children's privacy
The App is a workplace tool for adult staff and is not directed at children under 13.
