- Scan QR or 1D barcodes with the camera (or a Bluetooth scanner)
- Store supervisor, supplier, product, batch, quantity, and condition
- Attach photos and a signature on the same record
- Tag GPS so “where was this checked?” is not a guess
- Work offline, then export CSV or sync when the network returns
