Overview
QR Audit Pro (KC PharmaQR) is an Android application for pharmaceutical and material audits in the field. Auditors scan QR/barcodes, capture up to three material photos, collect digital signatures, tag GPS location, and auto-generate audit PDF reports — with optional sync to a desktop server.

Who it is for
QA and stores teams that must prove a batch was seen, photographed, and signed — including when the phone has no mobile data. We licence per company, not per scan.
How an audit is filed
The auditor scans the code, fills batch and quantity, adds photos and a signature, and generates a PDF with your letterhead. Records sit in Room SQLite until the phone can export CSV or sync. Built by KC Softwares in Nalagarh for Indian pharma and material stores — not a generic QR scanner with no audit trail.
