Overview
KC Car Wash is a Flask-based management system for car wash centres. Staff capture vehicle photos, auto-read license plates with RapidOCR, assign wash types with configurable rates, and print or share PDF receipts with embedded UPI QR codes. Works in the browser and as a packaged Android app.
It is built for busy bays in India: cash plus UPI, Hindi-friendly labels, and a PC that still works if the internet drops mid-shift. Owners get daily collection counts without waiting for a closing Excel file.
Who it is for
Independent wash centres, dealer yards, and fleet wash bays that need intake photos, package rates, and a receipt the customer can pay from their phone. Ask us for a pilot on one bay before you replace the existing register.
How a shift actually runs
A vehicle rolls in, staff shoot front and rear photos, the plate is read (or typed if OCR misses a dirty number), a wash package is selected, and a PDF receipt with UPI QR is shared. At closing, the owner sees vehicle count and collection without rebuilding a register. KC Softwares (Nalagarh, India) deploys this as a local EXE or Android wrapper so the bay keeps billing when broadband drops.
