Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of software products, mobile applications, websites, and related services provided by KC Softwares (part of the DigiTech family), including kcsoftwares.in and our desktop, web, and Android applications.

1. Acceptance

By installing, accessing, or using our software you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

2. License grant

Subject to payment of applicable license fees (where required), we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for your internal business operations. You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software except as permitted by law
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the software without written consent
• Remove copyright, trademark, or license notices
• Use the software for unlawful purposes

3. Accounts & activation

Some products require license keys, device activation, or server registration. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and ensuring authorized users only access licensed installations.

4. Updates & support

We may provide updates, patches, and bug fixes at our discretion. Support is provided per your license agreement or AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract). Raise issues via Support Ticket or email rahul@digitechhp.com.

6. Intellectual property

All software, documentation, logos, and content remain the property of KC Softwares / DigiTech. Your data entered into the software remains yours.

7. Warranty disclaimer

Software is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for data loss — maintain regular backups.

8. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from the software shall not exceed the license fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable Indian law.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or non-payment. Upon termination you must cease use and uninstall the software.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Solan, Himachal Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
