KC Softwares ("we", "us") operates kcsoftwares.in. This policy explains how we collect and use information when you visit our website or submit an enquiry. KC Softwares is the software arm of the DigiTech family in Nalagarh, Himachal Pradesh, India (since 2006). We are not the former French publisher of SUMo at kcsoftwares.com.

Information we collect

  • Enquiry forms: Name, email, phone, company, city, and project details you voluntarily submit.
  • Analytics: We record page visits for site improvement, including IP address, page URL, browser type, and approximate location (city / region / country derived from IP — not GPS). If Google Analytics is enabled, additional anonymous usage data may also be collected.
  • Live chat: If enabled via Tawk.to, messages you send through the chat widget.
